E-Commerce / Website Administrator

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms ensuring accuracy and optimisation for search visibility
• Uploading and optimizing high-quality images, entering product specifications and prices, categorizing and tagging products, and optimizing listings for search engines (SEO) to improve discoverability.
• Create engaging adverts and graphics using tools like Canva for social media, website promotions.
• Handle tasks related to website performance, optimization, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Utilize inventory management tools such as Linnworks.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Experience with MS packages (particularly Excel).

• Familiarity with CRM and online management systems (e.g., Linnworks).
• Exposure to eCommerce platforms (e.g., Woocommerce, eBay, Amazon) is an advantage but not essential.
• Background in E-Commerce, Data & Systems, IT
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with social media advertising, content creation
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various digital tasks.
• Proficiency with design tools like Canva for creating adverts and promotional materials would be advantageous.

• Starting salary 30000 pa with plenty of room for progression
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Working hours will be 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday based in our Tewkesbury offices.
