Job description

To manage ecommerce order workflows, returns administration, and KPI data reporting with precision and consistency. This role anchors the digital order lifecycle and supports both Sales Administration and Shipping Office functions. Any issue, exception, or request that falls outside defined rules or limits must be escalated to the DC Management Team immediately., * Ecommerce Order Management

This role is an admin position however is based within the warehouse and a willingness to support across all departments including the warehouse is expected where the need arises., New Starter Incentive - We offer £500 to new drivers over the first few weeks to help with expenses making it easier to start with us if you've been out of work for a period of time.

Weekly Top-up Scheme - We top up driver invoices to a minimum of £450 each week when providing a full service (8 or more deliveries) to give financial peace-of-mind.

Monthly Prize Draws - Whenever a driver receives a positive review they gain an entry to a prize draw for a £100 High Street voucher. This runs each month.

Full Training and Support on the Road - Full training provided and daily support from a dedicated planning team so you're never on your own out there.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who have previous warehouse administration experience, ideally gained from within an eCommerce business. Previous experience of using Amazon Vendor Central portal would be advantageous, however full training can be given. Candidates will ideally have strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 applications and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Candidates should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, an excellent customer service manner and be reliable, well organised and detail-orientated.

£12.21 per hour, paid weekly in arrears. Pay has the potential to be increased based on performance and long term suitability in the role.

Hours of Work

This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday from the sites location in Thrapston.
