IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage various technology projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in programme and project management, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that all project objectives are met while adhering to best practices in project management methodologies., * Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any risks or issues that may arise and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with established methodologies such as Waterfall and SAFe, as well as maintaining documentation for test cases and other critical project elements.
• Utilise tools such as TFS for tracking project tasks and timelines, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals.
• Implement disaster recovery plans as necessary to safeguard project deliverables.

• Proficient in project management techniques, including time management and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with methodologies such as SAFe and Waterfall is essential.
• Experience in developing test cases and managing quality assurance processes.
• Proficient in using TFS for project tracking and reporting purposes.
• Strong development background is advantageous for understanding technical requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
