IT Product Owner

As an IT Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering business and customer value through Business Energy Billing & CRM platform outcomes. You will with the Senior Product Owner own the end-to-end platform lifecycle-from contributing to the vision and strategy, to ensuring operational excellence. You'll be the critical bridge between the business and technology ensuring continuous delivery of impactful outcomes.

Good communication skills, This role requires deep understanding of energy sector operations (particularly UMAX, Dynamics 365 and SSE Business Energy), with a proven ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments. You'll need to be decisive and confident in negotiating with stakeholders on scope, priorities and trade-offs.
