P4W Application Support Analyst (Partner4Windows Specialist), NW Central London, We are seeking an experienced and proactive Application Support Analyst with specific expertise in Partner4Windows. You will be the primary technical point of contact for P4W, playing a crucial role in ensuring the system's stability, performance, and successful adoption across this legal firm.

They are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and optimise their core financial and practice management system, Partner4Windows (P4W).
This is a fantastic chance to move beyond basic troubleshooting and contribute to system enhancement projects, working closely with their Finance, IT, and Fee Earners teams., ·Provide 2nd and 3rd-line support for all incidents and service requests related to the P4W Practice Management System (PMS). ·Perform essential system administration duties, including user setup, security, permissions, and maintenance tasks. ·Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to matter opening, billing, ledgers, and financial reporting within P4W. ·Work with internal stakeholders and external P4W vendors to manage upgrades, patches, and system configuration changes. ·Develop and maintain clear documentation, knowledge base articles, and provide end-user training as required. ·Assist with data integrity checks and ensure compliance with internal financial and regulatory standards.
Requirements
·Essential: Proven, in-depth experience providing application support for Partner4Windows (P4W) within a professional services or legal environment. ·Strong understanding of core legal accounting principles (time recording, disbursements, client/office money, billing, and ledger management). ·Demonstrable experience in diagnosing and resolving complex application issues. ·Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical issues for non-technical legal staff. ·Familiarity with reporting tools related to P4W data (e.g., SSRS, SQL proficiency is a plus).
