Job description
Utilize the InView Fault Management system to record issues and provide updates to affected clients
Generate and analyze system performance reports to proactively identify issues and opportunities for system optimization
Undertake appropriate training for equipment and systems as and when necessary, including formal and on-the-job training
Work closely with the team in an office-based environment (with potential for hybrid working further down the line)
Requirements
Essential:
Strong customer resolution experience
Excellent communication skills
An open mind and willingness to learn new technology
Desirable:
Experience with fault management
Some SQL script knowledge
Knowledge of IT Hardware
Experience with building and repairing computers
Proficiency in MS Office and remote access tools
