In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for staff seeking IT assistance, helping to resolve technical issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You'll log and manage support tickets, work closely with internal teams and suppliers, and provide support across multiple sites, so flexibility and a proactive approach are key.
