Job description
Working as a 3rd Line Support Engineer, the successful candidate will be expected to take on all problems that come into the support business and aid their solution. The 3rd Line Support Engineer will help with the completion of on-running project work with clients, work that can be wide-ranging with a lot of variety!
Requirements
Do you have experience in VMware?, Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer technical experience and abilities will include:
- Ability to work in a varied IT Support role with a range of technologies
- Experience supporting MS Servers and related technologies including Exchange / Active Directory etc.
- Working with virtual tech including VMWare / Hyper-V
- Basic Networking Skills
- Both project and BAU experience
- Experience working alongside external stakeholders and customers
