Job description
As a result of our continued success and growth, we're seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media and Community Specialist to join our dynamic Head Office marketing team in Rotherham. In this role, you'll be at the centre of our digital storytelling - planning, creating, and delivering engaging content that strengthens brand awareness, builds meaningful connections, and drives community engagement across all major social platforms.
Your work will inspire, inform, and entertain - whether it's a trending reel, a captivating caption, or a campaign that sparks conversation. Beyond content creation, you'll play a key role in communicating directly with our customers, responding to feedback, and ensuring their voices are heard. You'll actively manage interactions across platforms, handle queries and comments with professionalism, and feed valuable insights back into the wider business to help shape strategy and improve customer experience.
This is more than just posting content - it's about supporting our customers' needs, fostering trust, and creating a positive, responsive online community that reflects our brand values.
Office-Based Creativity
This role is fully office-based at our Rotherham Head Office (S60 2XR), where collaboration and creativity thrive. Being physically present allows for spontaneous idea-sharing, faster feedback loops, and a vibrant team culture that fuels our marketing success. We believe that working together in person enhances productivity, strengthens relationships, and drives innovation - especially in a fast-paced creative environment. If you're someone who enjoys being immersed in a buzzing marketing team and contributing to a shared vision, this is the place for you.

o Triage customer service queries to the right teams and maintain a professional, empathetic tone.
Insights, Reporting and Optimisation
o Track channel KPIs (reach, engagement, saves, shares, CTR, community health).
o Produce weekly/monthly dashboards and actionable insights; test and learn formats, timing and messaging.
