  • Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally; deliver product collateral, train sales and CX teams, engage with partners where required, and support feature or product launches with in-person and webinar content.
  • Ensure new features added to the platform meet required reliability, performance, security and scalability standards.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VoIP?, * Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar, in a SaaS business, ideally in a B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS, APIs, integrations and partner ecosystems.

  • Experience working with external partners and ecosystems to deliver integrations with third-party SaaS tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects of telecommunications
