Job description
You will play a key role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of the school's IT network infrastructure. Working closely with the Senior IT Manager, you will help to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and lead on key infrastructure projects., * Manage and maintain the school's network infrastructure, servers, and Active Directory environment.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, user group policies, and data protection standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and students.
- Deliver training sessions and technical guidance to enhance digital literacy among staff.
- Support the school's ongoing digital transformation and CPD initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven experience providing technical support in a multi-user environment, with a focus on network and server maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), and LAN/WLAN troubleshooting.
- Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MCSA/MCSE (highly desirable).
- Experience in delivering technical training and guidance to teaching and support staff.
