Systems Engineer (DV)

We are working with a leading Bristol based Defence SME who require a DV cleared Systems Engineer for an immediate 6 month contract . Due to the nature of the work and start date this role requires active DV clearance. What skills and experience are we looking for?

• More than three years' hands-on experience working in a systems engineering capacity within technically demanding projects.
• Adept at interpreting, evolving, and managing system requirements while effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders through flexible communication approaches tailored to audience needs.
• Demonstrated capability in planning and implementing test and evaluation strategies to ensure solutions meet both functional and performance expectations.
• Practical experience applying model-based design principles, with familiarity in frameworks and notations such as SysML, UML, and ArchiMate.
• Proficient in utilizing requirement lifecycle tools (e.g., IBM DOORS or similar platforms) to ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance across project phases.
