You'll own key technical decisions early and ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and operationally robust. Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver infrastructure for a high-performance adaptive intelligence platform.
  • Build scalable, real-time multimodal data pipelines.
  • Design systems for dynamic knowledge representation and reasoning.
  • Develop composable services for cloud, edge, and on-prem deployments.
  • Collaborate with domain experts and users to align design with operational realities.
  • Lead technical design and decision-making while remaining hands-on in delivery.
  • Ensure resilience, security, and maintainability under demanding conditions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, balancing rapid iteration with engineering rigour.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering complex distributed systems or mission/safety-critical infrastructure.
  • Strong systems-level programming skills (Python, Rust, Go or similar).
  • Background in building platforms handling diverse data types (text, geospatial, sensor, temporal).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and deployments across cloud/edge/air-gapped contexts.
  • Comfortable making early architectural decisions and working autonomously.
  • Collaborative mindset; experience working across AI, product, and mission domains.
  • Growth-oriented engineer who thrives in ambiguity.
