Your background should include deep familiarity with financial processes-especially those related to controls and compliance-alongside hands-on experience managing teams within shared service centres or similar environments.

• Demonstrated experience in a finance management role with responsibility for master data oversight or finance transformation projects within large organisations.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial processes including controls, reporting frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to shared service environments.
• Proven track record managing teams effectively while working collaboratively across functions such as IT, Procurement, HR, or similar business units.
• Experience leading successful process improvement initiatives focused on automation or enhanced data management within finance operations.
• In-depth knowledge of master data structures such as chart of accounts or hierarchy management within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
