Job description

  • As a Junior Consultant, your primary goal is to become a Pimberly Product expert, actively contributing to the successful delivery of multiple client projects for both new and existing clients.
  • Your responsibilities include configuring Pimberly software in collaboration with both our solution consultants and clients, ensuring that each configuration aligns with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Developing and upholding an effective delivery methodology will be crucial, with a focus on identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner. This approach ensures that projects are consistently delivered within the defined framework, meeting high standards of quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Embracing a continuous learning mindset, you will actively seek and apply best practice guidance for deploying solutions. This includes defining and configuring integrations using the application's functionality, collaborating closely to understand integration requirements, and delivering solutions that enhance system interoperability.
  • Your analytical skills will come into play as you troubleshoot issues, assess project requirements, and propose effective solutions. Clear and concise communication, both within the team and with clients, will be a hallmark of your collaboration. Proactively identifying and managing risks, coupled with efficient time management, will contribute to the overall success of each project.
  • Meticulous attention to detail will characterise your work, ensuring precision in configurations, integrations, and project documentation. By focusing on these aspects, you'll not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in every facet of our projects.
  • A portion of the software module is driven by InDesign. Working on the configuration of customer specific InDesign templates. Enforcing important brand guidelines and displaying highly accurate product information.

Requirements

Do you have experience in XML?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of data management and structured data models (attributes, hierarchies, relationships).
  • Familiarity with data formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.
  • Awareness of APIs and integration principles (REST, SOAP).
  • Understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • A genuine interest in product data, digital commerce, and enterprise software.

Creative Module:

  • Knowledge of any of the Adobe Creative Suite (esp. InDesign) is desirable.
