Job description
As an HR Workday Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

You will assist clients throughout their digital transformation projects, from strategy through execution.

You will lead one or more HCM functional streams during Workday implementation projects.

You will help the client to define the business requirements, challenge them and provide advice based on best practices.

You will be responsible for designing and optimizing HR business processes, in line with business requirements and best practices .

You will be responsible for Workday configuration and testing.
-
You will act as an HR advisor throughout the Workday implementation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have a master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology , (Applied) Economics - option HRM or Commercial Engineering or Computer Science

You have experience in HCM Workday configuration.

Being Workday HCM Core certified is a plus.

Being Workday certified in one or more additional Workday HCM modules ( e.g. recruitment, talent & performance, compensation…) is a plus.

You have completed at least one full Workday implementation (design, configuration, test, deploy, hypercare )

You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

You are creative and eager to solve challenging problems.

You enjoy being client facing as from day one.

You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being able to work with high flexibility and independently.
