Job description

Infinity provides a comprehensive range of services within the fields of asbestos, legionella, mechanical and electrical services, fire compliance services and facilities management nationwide. Our highly skilled, flexible team works closely with those within both the public and private sector. We have an excellent opportunity available for a Business Support Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. Your main duties will consist of:

  • Supervising and managing a team of support staff, ensuring all team deliverables are achieved, consistent with schedules and to the appropriate level of quality and customer service.
  • Allocate resources appropriately to maximise utilisation and ensure compliance standards are maintained in relation to relevant ISO standards.
  • Ensuring the workplace is safe, meets all statutory requirements and where appropriate ensure suitably qualified and experienced personnel are allocated to undertake tasks.
  • Ensuring all relevant and necessary documentation is kept up to date
  • Ensuring collection and collation of information related to the activities of the team, generating management information, and circulating as appropriate.
  • Providing technical advice and support to team members, encouraging the team to identify inefficient processes, leading best practice sharing and promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate previous experience in an operational environment as well as an ambition to develop within a national organisation. Our Successful Candidate will be:

  • A Strong communicator - able to influence, negotiate, and bring a positive, can-do approach
  • Adept with software and systems - confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and systems such as CAFM, job management and invoicing tools
  • Organised and efficient - skilled at managing time, priorities and deadlines independently
  • A good relationship builder - able to work with a wide range of internal teams and external partners
  • A creative problem solver - innovative and resourceful when tackling challenges
  • Detail-oriented - ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Full UK driving licence required, with travel to other sites

  • Salary £37,225.59 - £40,757.29 (DOE)
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
