Job description
The Business Support Manager (Operations) provides core operational and administrative support to FSCL's internal business functions. The role focuses on organising documentation, coordinating communication flows, supporting meetings, and assisting with day-to-day operational and strategic planning activities. This position ensures effective internal processes and contributes to the smooth functioning of the organisation., * Manage and maintain business documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide operational and administrative support across internal departments
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking
- Serve as a central communication point for stakeholders and internal teams
- Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards on business activities and performance
- Support project coordination, task tracking, and planning activities
- Assist leadership with contract administration and strategic planning tasks
- Maintain governance registers, logs, and compliance documentation
- Track completion of training, mandatory compliance tasks, and internal processes
- Support document control, versioning, and audit-readiness preparation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, * Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Experience in business support, administration, coordination, or operations
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Word, Excel, documentation systems)
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting governance, compliance, or audit activities
- Familiarity with project management practices
- Understanding of documentation standards and business processes
