Job description
We're looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to take the lead on designing and delivering transformative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll have the freedom to shape architectures, define best practices, and turn complex business problems into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact.
You'll work with technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and crucially, you'll bring at least two years of Power Pages experience to help elevate our digital service offerings. You'll also contribute to the ongoing evolution of T-Tech's flagship Practice Gateway portal and help drive innovation through emerging tech such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll have a voice - influencing technical direction, mentoring others, and helping shape the next phase of our Power Platform capability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Power Platform solutions - from concept to deployment
- Develop advanced applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
- Architect and implement complex automated workflows with Power Automate
- Build and manage secure, scalable Power Pages portals (minimum 2 years' experience required)
- Create dynamic dashboards and data visualisations with Power BI
- Integrate solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and external data sources
- Play a key role in advancing our Practice Gateway and driving digital transformation across client projects
- Mentor junior developers and champion technical excellence and collaboration within the team
- Stay ahead of the curve - exploring new Power Platform features and bringing innovative ideas to clients and internal projects
Requirements
- Proven track record in Power Platform development - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Minimum of 2 years' experience building and managing Power Pages solutions
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration, and governance in the Microsoft ecosystem
- Solid experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and SQL Server
- Comfortable extending the platform using C# or JavaScript
- Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or intelligent automation tools is a plus
- Confident communicator and proactive collaborator - equally at ease with senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and leveraging technology to drive business transformation, * Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Experience with SQL Server and C# is beneficial.
- Exposure to RPA tools would be advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform are desirable.
