Software engineer (.NET/TypeScript) - REMOTE £70k Equity - Dev Tools

We don't do long planning cycles or endless meetings. We care about momentum, not perfection. You'll have freedom to experiment, make decisions, and ship fast. If something breaks, we fix it. If something works, we build on it. There's no bureaucracy, just a bias toward delivery and a culture of curiosity.

You should have at least a few years of experience building real things. You should be comfortable with serverless or containerised environments, and ideally you've worked with Azure before. You should be okay with ambiguity, and you should enjoy collaborating with people who care about what they're building. We're remote-first, but it helps if you're in or near the UK or Portugal so time zones don't get weird.

We're not looking for rockstars or ninjas or whatever. Just someone who's good at what they do, communicates clearly, and wants to be part of something early. If you're pragmatic, creative, and not afraid to fail fast, you'll fit right in. We also like people who aren't camera-shy-demoing features and sharing progress is part of the rhythm here.

The role is full-stack, but if you lean backend, that's fine too. You'll be working across .NET 8+, Next.js, TypeScript, and a bunch of Azure-native services. It's all serverless and event-driven, and we're integrating AI wherever it makes sense. You'll be building APIs, shaping front-end experiences, and contributing to architecture decisions. You'll also be expected to think critically about how and when to use AI-not just prompt your way through problems.
