Automation QA Engineer

Automation Tester / Quality Engineer (Developer in Test) with some Python and Pytest experience to join our fantastic fintech client, largely remote with get togethers once a month in central London!

As a Quality Engineer, you'll ensure that quality is embedded into the software development lifecycle, working closely with development teams to identify and prioritise test cases to be automated. You'll contribute to and maintain the test automation framework to ensure consistency and efficiency across all tests, and you'll participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability and automation coverage.

• Passion; genuine interest in the world of automation.
• Backend Automation testing skills with some Python and Pytest experience.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Solid experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Java, PHP, Go, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Postman, SOAP UI, and Cucumber.
• Write clear, well-structured code that others can easily understand
• Customer-focused approach to technical decisions
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery CI/CD practices

Remote UK working with once a month in person workshops at London HQ. Fabulous package includes 28 days holiday, a 10% pension contribution from the company and much more.
