Requirements

Strong technical skills building scalable backend services, primarily in Python (any framework)
A good understanding of databases, OO design, data structures and SOLID principles
Analytical mindset with a love for problem-solving and continuous improvement
Experience with modern development practices including code reviews, pair programming and Agile processes
Strong collaborative approach, working effectively with both technical peers and business teams
The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across the team
