Systems Engineer

We are recruiting for a Systems Engineer to join a high-profile programme developing next-generation directed energy systems for air defence. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project at the forefront of UK defence innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse system requirements and functional interfaces
• Produce detailed functional design documentation
• Conduct system design trade studies and assess impacts of proposed changes
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• Support change management and system evolution
• Contribute to planning and documentation across the programme lifecycle

• Background in systems engineering (requirements, design, analysis)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work
