Job description

Within ISD, Enterprise Architecture works broadly across UCL to understand the organization, its strategies, motivations, systems, processes, and data.

The Senior Enterprise Architect will work with the UCL delivery community analysing gaps, deficiencies, and opportunities predominantly, but not always, in the student space.

You will establish current state, develop common understanding of the future state, and help produce roadmaps that move our university towards our shared goals.

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, As a Solution Development/Architecture professional, you have knowledge of student lifecycle, systems, and processes in a Higher Education setting. With your exceptional interpersonal skills you're able to encourage a collaborative and team working environment as well as facilitate strong working relationships with colleagues and negotiate when required.

Additionally, you're organisationally savvy and have an understanding of an enterprise's political climate and how to navigate, influence and persuade senior stakeholders.

You also have relevant experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including:

  • technical architecture
  • network management
  • application development
  • middleware
  • database
  • management or operations.

Architecture ultimately works with the UCL delivery community to establish roadmaps to a common understanding of the future state.
