'Search' is the product that helps customers find their perfect holiday. It connects inspiration with action and turns curiosity about travel into confidence to book.
We're looking for a Product Owner to take the lead on Search while the current Product Owner is on maternity leave, to help shape how customers explore destinations, filter results, and move from inspiration to choice across our website.
'Search' plays a vital role at the start of the customer journey. Its purpose is to acquire and activate customers, helping them land on the right page, find the right holiday, and take the next step towards booking.
As our Product Owner you'll guide its direction over the next 12 months, using insight, data, and collaboration to make sure every search feels fast, relevant, and inspiring.
You'll work closely with SEO, Marketing, and airline teams to attract high quality traffic and ensure every landing page, from the homepage to destination guides, encourages customers to explore further.
You'll refine and evolve the search experience itself, from the search pod and filters to how results are displayed and ranked. You'll make sure the most useful, compelling information appears at exactly the right time.
Personalisation is central to what we do, so you'll build flexible experiences that adapt to different customers and explore how AI can enhance discovery and relevance.
You'll partner with teams across easyJet holidays and the airline, from Technology and Commercial, to Merchandising and other Product Owners to deliver a seamless, high performing experience that drives engagement and conversion.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Agile?, We're looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner who knows how to deliver digital products that customers love, is comfortable in an eCommerce environment, and understands how to balance customer needs with commercial goals.
You'll be confident experimenting and testing ideas, using data to make decisions, and you'll have used tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
You will need to have experience of working in agile teams, keeping projects moving and people motivated. You know how to turn complex ideas into clear priorities and can manage multiple workstreams without losing focus.
You understand the importance of SEO and take an active interest in how GEO performance shapes visibility and conversion. You'll have a strong grasp of numbers and can measure the success of your work against real outcomes.
Finally you'll be great at building strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating clearly, and staying calm when things change.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
