Job description
- Contributing to the team's goal of delivering our next generation marketplace product
- Deliver impactful features with a pragmatic approach
- Work closely with Product Managers and Product Designers in creating relevant and performant features for our users
- Work closely with other Software Engineers building scalable and maintainable features for our users.
- Learn about and participate in ensuring high availability of our critical systems as well as monitoring and incident management.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Unit testing?, * A good working knowledge of c# and .Net
- Practical experience of cloud computing platforms and Infrastructure as code (ideally AWS)
- Practical experience of unit testing
- Practical experience of SQL and NOSQL Databases and data storage best practices
- A desire to learn how to build services that are stable, scalable, secure, observable, and performant.
- A passion for engineering craft - a desire to learn how to write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, pair programming, and writing tests
- You seek to understand how your work aligns with business goals and maximise the impact
- Practical experience of agile methodologies such as scrum, kanban etc. and the adaptability to respond to the needs of the business
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
