Requirements

  • Proven success leading data architecture or enterprise modelling in complex, regulated environments.
  • Fluency in frameworks such as TOGAF, DAMA, BEAM or Kimball and the pragmatism to know when to bend them.
  • A talent for translating technical design into plain English for execs and end-users.
  • A modern view of architecture collaborative, evolutionary and business-led.
  • Broad knowledge of cloud data platforms, integration and metadata management tools.

What you'll drive

  • Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture: principles, models, patterns and guardrails across every function.
  • Partner with data, technology and business leaders to build a unified, governed data ecosystem.
  • Turn policy into practice design models that make analytics reliable and self-service thrive.
  • Raise data literacy and evangelise the "why" behind data quality and good modelling.
  • Coach two talented Data Modellers and elevate the craft across teams.
  • Lead the continuous modernisation of data platforms and architecture standards., * Architecture with real influence direct access to execs and freedom to set the playbook.
