Delivery Recruitment Consultant

The role of a Delivery Recruitment Consultant is generally to work alongside a client facing consultant and assist with generating candidates relevant to a particular vacancy/assignment.

Specific Duties

· Attend client meetings to understand vacancy requirements

· Take brief from consultant regarding vacancy details and candidate brief

· Advertise vacancies on job boards

· Conduct CV searches on job boards and Flagship database

· Maximise LinkedIn for research and for contacting potential candidates

· Network via various internet portals and groups to generate leads
