Job description

- Lead the full project lifecycle for M&A-related IT initiatives<\/li>\r\n
- Build and manage detailed project plans, budgets and timelines<\/li>\r\n
- Drive project governance; steering committees, risk reviews, stakeholder updates<\/li>\r\n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, HR, Finance, Ops) and third-party vendors<\/li>\r\n
- Support due diligence by gathering and assessing target IT data<\/li>\r\n
- Oversee cutover planning, hypercare and post-merger benefit tracking<\/li>\r\n
- Proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies<\/li>\r\n
- Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls and audit readiness<\/li>\r\n
- Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs and deliverables<\/li>\r\n
- Deliver regular updates and dashboards to senior stakeholders<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
Requirements
- Strong IT project management experience, with experience in M&A environments<\/li>\r\n
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)<\/li>\r\n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities<\/li>\r\n
- Experience working across enterprise IT environments and with third-party suppliers<\/li>\r\n
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and infrastructure\/cloud landscapes<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
