As a BMS Technician, you'll represent JCI on customer sites, supporting the future direction of their Building Management Systems. You'll deliver high-quality service, assist project teams, and identify growth opportunities. This is a mobile role, requiring travel to various customer sites, predominantly based around Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle.
What you will do
As a BMS Technician, you'll represent JCI on customer sites, supporting the future direction of their BMS systems. You'll deliver high-quality service, assist project teams, and identify growth opportunities., * Deliver assigned service tasks efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Configure and commission building control systems and network-level controllers
- Maintain system documentation and modify software programs using established standards
- Document service activities and generate service reports
- Promote safety and adopt a Zero Harm mindset
- Support Key Account Managers with project pricing and design
- Advocate JCI cloud-based and OpenBlue technologies
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * 2-6 years in control systems as a service engineer
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with Metasys systems is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Willingness to and join out-of-hours rota
