Co-Founder & Social & Community Manager

As the Co-Founder & Social & Community Manager your role is to help build the Kingdoms of Arailia fanbase before launch and make our players feel part of the world we're creating.

You will be responsible for:

• Building and growing an engaged community from the ground up primarily on Discord and Reddit.
• Managing, moderating, and actively engaging these communities daily to strengthen fan connection and excitement for the game.
• Using community platforms to amplify our content, gather feedback, and support game awareness and playtesting efforts.
• Overseeing and maintaining our social channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X), focusing on:

1. Consistent engagement with players and followers.
2. Posting short-form or lightweight content (stories, reposts, updates, teasers).
3. Supporting execution of the primary video content strategy led by the video team.

• Collaborating with the video editor and founders on:

1. Content calendars and social strategies tied to gameplay updates, reveals, and marketing milestones.
2. Execution of fun and creative campaign ideas that grow excitement for the game.

• Ensuring a polished, premium brand presence across all platforms - including helping to create banners, thumbnails, campaign graphics, and profile assets.
• Embodying and amplifying the voice, personality, and lore of Kingdoms of Arailia in fan interactions., * A 4% share of profits as Co-founder, aligning your success with the game's performance, with a bonus scheme for contributions above expectation. Please note: this is an equity-based role with no fixed salary, so we expect part-time involvement alongside your other commitments.
• A fully designed and play-tested game, currently in the early stages of being turned into a digital product.

• Strong working knowledge of Discord + Reddit community tools, moderation, and growth tactics.
• Experience running brand social channels (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X) with an instinct for engagement and platform-native posting.
• Prior experience managing and growing online communities - ideally in gaming, content creation, or live-service fandoms.
• Basic graphic design ability. Enough to create clean, on-brand visuals such as thumbnails, banners, and social assets.
• Genuine passion for video games - especially fantasy, strategy, or card-based games.

Till The End Games is an indie game studio currently working on its first Computer Card Game, Kingdoms of Arailia. Set in a fantasy world inspired by ancient antiquity, the game focuses on tactical gameplay where players use card combinations to control the battlefield. The game has been designed and tested in physical format and is currently being brought to life digitally!
