Job description
- Build and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions in an agile environment.
- Develop and support custom components, batch jobs, triggers, and Flows.
- Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Support release management, quality assurance, and automation.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure scalable, secure designs.
- Drive best practice through code reviews, retrospectives, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce solution design or engineering.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I.
- Strong understanding of APEX, LWC, SOQL, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
- Comfortable working across Salesforce and Azure integrations.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for technical growth and innovation.
Benefits & conditions
- £60,000-£70,000 base salary
