Job description
The Documents Executive to join our central Brand & Communications function and play a critical part in ensuring our documentation - particularly presentations, tenders, pitches, and other client-facing materials - is consistently produced to the highest possible standard and in full alignment with our brand identity.
Working closely with colleagues across our 32-office network, you will help ensure that materials-whether used internally or externally-adhere to our brand guidelines and are impactful, on-brand, and visually engaging.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative yet technically proficient individual with a strong eye for detail and a passion for precision. The ideal candidate will bring both speed and accuracy to their work and will be experienced in producing professional documents and visual materials in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Document Production and Support - Prepare, format, style, and produce high-quality, on-brand presentations, tenders, proposals, and pitch documents in line with our house style, brand guidelines, and client expectations, acting as a central point of quality control.
- Template Management - Support the creation and maintenance of internal templates, house-styled documents, and presentation decks used across our business and help instrument a new centralised, efficient and on-brand suite of templates for use through our Business Services teams.
- Cross-team Alignment - Collaborate with Brand & Communications and other Business Services teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, consistency of messaging and alignment with business-wide content strategy.
- Process Improvement - Contribute to continuous improvement by offering feedback on document workflows and suggesting new templates and process efficiencies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, This role is ideally suited to someone who is well-organised, proactive, creative, and confident-someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality services.
- Significant document production expertise - A proven track record in formatting and producing a wide range of corporate documents.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - A proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to create efficient, scalable templates to a consistently high standard.
- Passion for precision - An instinct for aligning materials to brand standards and content strategies across all formats and documents, ensuring consistency with a passion for detail.
- Technology-enabled delivery - A strong competency with digital tools, workflows, while always maintaining a people-centred and relationship-based service model.
- Deadline-driven focus - A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to document production needs with professionalism, speed, and accuracy, delivering exceptional work at pace in a high-volume environment.
