Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals - DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
- Exposure to Azure, Intune, and cloud technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for technology
- Financial services or MSP experience is beneficial, not essential
