2nd Line Engineer (Multiple Roles)

We're partnered with a fast-growing, tech-driven finance group based in Central Southampton, known for their innovative approach to data, automation, and digital infrastructure. They're now looking for a skilled IT Technician (2nd Line) to join their talented in-house technology team.

This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone with around 2 years of IT support experience who's ready to take on more responsibility, gain exposure to cloud and infrastructure projects, and progress toward senior technical roles. You'll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern networking, supporting a dynamic business at the forefront of financial technology., * Around 2 years of experience in IT Support or 2nd Line roles

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking - DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software & cloud-based systems
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• £28,000 - £30,000 Salary
