Job description

Reporting to the Head of Business Systems and Services, you will lead a team of Principal / Senior Programmer Analysts. You will have responsibility for the development, maintenance and delivery of both forward strategy and roadmaps across this area ¿ in support of the department¿s wider vision and objectives. Acting as a trusted design authority with regards to related products, integrations and processes, you will also play a key role in the delivery of agreed programmes and projects ¿ alongside the management of day-to-day maintenance and support. Throughout, you will work to agreed quality assurance and performance standards, optimising processes and working practices, delivering objectives within agreed response times ¿ and ensuring that documentation and records relating to activities are effectively maintained. You will also ensure effective work allocation within your team, working to support individuals etc. Significant experience with relevant systems and processes will be essential to this role ¿ with particular emphasis on ServiceNow, SailPoint and Atlassian products, including the tools and techniques utilised in the administration and development of the systems.
