Job description
The Information Manager is a crucial role, responsible for managing the University's alumni and supporter database and the data it holds. Within the Division of Development and Alumni Relations, alongside the database, the postholder is the lead for information management; data and related process development; segmentation; and gift processing. The Information Manager manages the information management arm of the Operations team within Development Services, ensuring the quality and accuracy of data held by the Division and supporting the effective use of the data in fundraising, communications, and volunteering.
