Graduate Research Associate - Business Intelligence

• Conducting desk research and surveys to explore hiring trends, business structures and leadership moves
• Writing market reports, talent insights, and thought leadership content for clients and internal teams
• Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover commercial trends and present findings
• Producing strategic intelligence on talent pools, salary benchmarking, and organisational structures
• Supporting wider consulting and search projects with actionable content and data-led insight

Do you have experience in Qualtrics?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A strong academic background - ideally a 2:1+ from a top university

• Excellent writing skills and an interest in business, leadership and market dynamics
• Confident working with qualitative and quantitative data
• Proficiency in Excel - experience with surveys (Qualtrics/SurveyMonkey) a bonus
• Highly organised, curious, commercially aware and detail-focused
• Research, market intelligence or consulting experience is highly desirable but not essential

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
