Wordpress Developer

This is a hands-on role with room to grow. You'll be supported by senior developers and creative leads, and encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge conventions, and help us raise the bar., * Build and maintain custom WordPress sites using modern visual and field-based development tools

• Translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive, mobile-first websites
• Collaborate on UX strategy and contribute to wireframing and user journey planning
• Set up and manage hosting environments (e.g. cPanel, Cloudways, SiteGround)
• Implement clean, scalable code using JavaScript, CSS, and PHP
• Optimise site performance, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals
• Work with designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Stay up to date with WordPress trends, plugins, and best practices

Do you have experience in WordPress?, We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in WordPress and a sharp eye for design. You'll collaborate with our designers and strategists to build responsive, user-focused websites that reflect our high standards and attention to detail. You'll be involved in everything from wireframing and UX strategy to hosting setup and performance optimisation., * Solid experience with WordPress and visual development workflows

• Appreciation for design principles and pixel-perfect execution
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with hosting platforms and basic server management
• Ability to interpret wireframes and contribute to UX thinking
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and CSS
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

Skills & Experience - Desirable

• Experience with Git and version control
• Exposure to Figma or Adobe XD for design handoff
• Understanding of accessibility standards and performance optimisation
• Interest in sustainability, education, or food sectors
