Job description
Over two years, you'll develop towards an Assistant Product Manager role, gaining the knowledge, skills, and network needed to thrive in our Mortgages function. You'll rotate across multiple teams and projects, from pricing and product development to data and insight, policy, and existing customer management. This also includes opportunities to experience both residential and buy-to-let mortgages or even broaden into Retail product teams for added variety.
We'll tailor placements to your interests, whether that's working with commercially focused pricing teams, policy experts, or colleagues in marketing who shape customer journeys. Alongside this, you'll have the chance to pursue role-related qualifications and take part in a bespoke 18-month learning journey, developing core business skills while collaborating with other colleagues across Nationwide.
You'll also have the option to study for role-related qualifications, to strengthen your skills and knowledge. Your programme experience will prepare you to step into an Assistant Product Manager role or similar, giving you the confidence and capability to take the next step in your career in banking.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Product development?, If you are a driven, high performer who enjoys solving problems and learning new skills, our two-year Data & Analytics Development Programme offers you a rewarding career in banking.
You'll work across our Mortgages Product and Propositions teams, building skills in data science, insight generation, and AI experimentation. - Experience with machine learning and AI to support the development of insight would be desirable but not essential., As a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) approved sponsor, we have a responsibility to comply with the applicable Immigration Rules and guidance (which are subject to change).
