Job description

The IT Manager will own all aspects of IT infrastructure, security, automation, and support-removing friction, driving productivity, and enabling a secure, efficient digital workplace., 1. Infrastructure & Operations

  • Administer and maintain the organization's Google Workspace environment.
  • Implement and manage software licensing solutions.
  • Oversee device procurement, implement MDM, and optimize hardware lifecycle management.
  1. Security & Compliance
  • Enforce best-in-class cybersecurity practices (SSO, MFA, IAM).
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and related standards.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
  1. Automation & Efficiency
  • Automate critical workflows (onboarding/offboarding, access management).
  • Deploy and maintain an ITSM tool (e.g., Jira, Notion) to manage support requests.
  • Drive cost efficiency across cloud and SaaS operations.
  1. Support & Service Management
  • Deliver responsive IT support across global time zones.
  • Track and improve IT performance metrics.
  • Ensure a frictionless employee onboarding/offboarding experience.
  1. Software & Access Management
  • Manage SSO integrations and maintain visibility over license usage.
  • Conduct regular permission audits to minimize risk.
  1. Business Continuity
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies.
  • Guarantee 24/7 continuity for business-critical systems.
  1. Vendor Management
  • Oversee SaaS, cloud, and IT vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate new technologies to align with company growth and budget goals.

Requirements

  • Good experience of IT management and systems administration experience in a remote-first SaaS or tech environment.
  • Expert in Google Workspace administration and automation (APIs, scripts).
  • Hands-on experience with MDM, IAM, and SSO tools.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Proven success automating IT workflows and implementing ITSM solutions.
  • Skilled at vendor management, troubleshooting, and supporting distributed teams.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
