- Be a self-starter, eager to master Microsoft Modern Desktop, Intune, Autopilot, and 365.
- Own client success with patience, tenacity, and a passion for impeccable service.
- Learn rapidly and apply new skills across Microsoft certifications.

- Support rollouts, migrations, and ongoing client onboarding with precision.
- Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, configuring user devices, and delivering on client promises.
- Build strong relationships and trust with new and existing clients., * Configure end-user devices.
- Enrol users into Microsoft Intune and Entra ID Conditional Access policies.
- Troubleshoot Intune enrolment across Mac, Windows, Android and iPhone.
- Provide end-user support during system migration projects.
- Lead OS upgrades and OneDrive data migrations.
- Stay ahead of device management technology on Microsoft platforms.
- Collaborate with a team of experts through ongoing training and mentorship.
- Visit client sites occasionally.
