• Build strong relationships and trust with new and existing clients., * Configure end-user devices.
• Enrol users into Microsoft Intune and Entra ID Conditional Access policies.
• Troubleshoot Intune enrolment across Mac, Windows, Android and iPhone.
• Provide end-user support during system migration projects.
• Lead OS upgrades and OneDrive data migrations.
• Stay ahead of device management technology on Microsoft platforms.
• Collaborate with a team of experts through ongoing training and mentorship.
• Visit client sites occasionally.
