Job description
As a Change Manager you will join a team based at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire being responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day implementation and management of the change management process.
Day-to-day, you will be ensuring that changes to the IT infrastructure and services are executed smoothly, minimising disruptions and adhering to ITIL best practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Applying an ITIL best practice for change management following established workflows and operating procedures
- Ensuring that all process and policy documentation is maintained under document control delivering consistent and high quality service to the customer
- Collaborating with team members and contributing towards service improvement opportunities
- Producing management information to all stakeholders of the supported applications/products and services
- Producing reports and ensuring all standards and regulatory compliance practices are adhered to
- Updating training, creating awareness and publicising new change management capabilities
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience with strong administration skills
- Previous experience of Continuous Service Improvement and Change Management
- A good understanding of reporting and analytics skills that provide clear insights
- ITIL 4 Foundation
