Job description
- Design clean, modern, responsive marketing websites aligned with client goals and strategy - not e-commerce or mobile apps.
- Bring your ideas to life with strong rationales that align design choices with business and user objectives.
- Create wireframes, visual mockups and design systems using tools like Figma.
- Apply website design best practices , including UX / UI, responsive design and accessibility principles - consistently and with care.
- ️ Tackle creative problem solving through both lateral and critical thinking , contributing innovative solutions to design challenges.
- Collaborate closely with developers, writers, designers
- Support website builds in HubSpot CMS (training provided if needed).
- Contribute to other design work - including logos, branding assets , and marketing collateral like eBooks, whitepapers and case studies .
Requirements
We're looking for an experienced Website Designer who can combine creativity with strategic thinking and a strong grasp of UX / UI best practices. If you've worked in HubSpot CMS before, fantastic. If not, we'll get you up to speed., * Have proven professional website design experience, ideally in an agency environment.

Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking with the ability to defend and articulate design decisions.

Are proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Understand and apply UX / UI, accessibility, and responsive design principles across all your work.

Communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Desirable but not essential :

Familiarity with HubSpot CMS , or other CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.

Some knowledge of HTML / CSS or how to work efficiently with developers.

A marketing mindset, with an eye for conversions, SEO and content design., * Be currently living in the UK

Have the legal right to live and work in the UK

Be available to work remotely during standard UK business hours
