MarTech / CRM Project Manager Location: Merseyside - 3 days onsite per week Contract: 6mths IR35 Status: Inside Rate: £600-650 per day Start Date: December 2025

MarTech / CRM Project Manager required for a leading client in the Merseyside area. This role will help provide structure and delivery support to a range of projects. The role also has the opportunity to scale up into a 5-day-a-week position., * Lead CRM project delivery end-to-end with minimal supervision

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure milestones are met
• Support planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams

• Proven experience as a CRM or MarTech Project Manager
• Marketing campaign management, content development, and creative strategy
• Proficiency in CRM and Digital Marketing, along with digital product tools like Jira etc
• Must have a solid understanding of marketing analytics and reporting through tools such as (Power BI, Looker etc)
• Additionally, applicants should have knowledge of customer experience (CX) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including AB multivariate testing, funnel analysis, landing page optimization, and personalization strategies
