You'll split your time between our Oldham office and customer sites, supporting users across Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and general IT infrastructure. The role involves first-time fixes, device setups, troubleshooting, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, * 1-2 years' IT support experience (1st Line)
- Microsoft 365 and Windows OS knowledge
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence, own car & clear DBS check (essential)
