Project Delivery & Execution

• Ensure timely completion of assigned features and modules, with proper testing, documentation, and adherence to code quality standards.
• Deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable AI-driven applications across the full technology stack.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and effort estimation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with project milestones and timelines.

Scope & Planning

• Understand project requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
• Work within defined project scope while identifying potential risks, dependencies, or scope changes early.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions involving AI integration.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

AI & GenAI Implementation

• Develop and integrate AI/GenAI components into existing and new systems (e.g., NLP, computer vision, LLM-based applications).
• Work with APIs, ML models, and cloud AI services (Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
• Optimize AI workflows for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across the front-end (React) and back-end (Java) stacks, along with proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP and AWS)., * 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Java, and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with AI / GenAI tools, frameworks, or cloud-based AI services.
• Proven experience with GCP and AWS cloud environments (deployment, CI/CD, security).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a collaborative and agile mindset., * Full Stack: 5 years (required)
