Sr CRM Developer

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on CRM Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related CRM technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CRM development, Azure, C#, and integration practices, with a solid understanding of customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CRM solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Create and manage plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resources
• Build and maintain Azure Functions and integrate with Dataverse
• Configure and deploy solutions using Azure DevOps and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Work on Power Automate (Cloud Flows) to automate business processes
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data operations and validations
• Implement CRM customizations and Web API integrations
• Manage CRM security roles, field-level security, and access control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with ERP, BI, or third-party systems
• Support CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
• Maintain documentation and adhere to DevOps best practices
