Customer has requested for Service Delivery Manager with background in IAM and AD space. Experience - 10 + Years We are specifically seeking someone who brings a solid SDM perspective, Stakeholder Management along with technical capability. Skill Set Requirements 1. Active Directory (AD) Management: o User and Group Management: Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and groups. o Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS): Knowledge of AD architecture, forests, domains, and organizational units (OUs). o Group Policy (GPO): Creation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Group Policy Objects. o Active Directory Replication: Understanding AD replication topology and troubleshooting replication issues. o Domain Trusts: Configuring and managing external, forest, and shortcut trusts. o Sites and Services: Managing AD sites, subnets, and site links for replication optimization.
