Job description
We are seeking a Junior Desktop IT Support Engineer to join our team to help to provide ongoing support to our Customers to ensure we retain our optimum levels of Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have an interest in IT and a good understanding of general office programs and software
Duties:

Troubleshoot basic IT issues and provide assistance with timely resolutions

Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy and configure network devices (Full training to be provided)

Monitor network performance using online portals (training to be provided)

Continually monitor and update our Client ticketing system to ensure we are responding and closing tickets in a timely fashion

Ensure Customers are continually updated with the progress of their queries

Carry out other general office duties where required
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, General understanding of PCs and IT equipment

Good general understanding of MS Office suite, MS Outlook and MS365

Familiarity with any form of Networking would be desirable

Basic understanding of iOS and Android devices

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communications skills
